Tenders for Clubs WA audit services must be lodged in accordance with the Tender Conditions below.
Clubs WA is the industry body for licensed clubs and works with the Government, private sector and public to strengthen the role of clubs amongst local communities and to ensure they remain viable.
Clubs WA is part of a national body, Clubs Australia, and is the largest membership-based not-for-profit organisation in Western Australia. With an active involvement in almost every town, the club industry spreads to a quarter of the population of Western Australia.

The only person authorised by The Board to communicate with applicants is Linda Soerianto. Therefore, applicants cannot rely on communications with any other person. Any communication should be in writing and addressed to the Contact Officer.

Applicants must nominate a contact person at the time of submitting the tender.
The Principal Representative of the applicants may undertake a site visit to Clubs WA premises at an agreed time convenient to both parties.
Applicants should provide a Statement that their professional indemnity insurance complies with at least the minimum required by the Institute of Chartered Accountants or Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants and that they will maintain such insurance at that level for the term of the engagement.
Successful tender will be appointed with a Letter of Acceptance by Clubs WA Inc with a three year engagement awarded as the official auditor of the organisation.
Clubs WA reserves its right to terminate the contract arising out of the acceptance of offer and receive payment for any damages incurred, if any contract is found to have been entered into as a result of a corrupt act such as bribery or other inducements by the applicant or its employees.
The appointed auditor may resign at any time during the currency of the appointment, subject to providing six months’ notice in writing, and Clubs WA reserves the right to appoint person or persons from the same firm who are qualified or any other person or persons who submitted tenders for this appointment, for the unexpired term of the appointment on the same terms and conditions as the original appointee, or call for new tenders.
Should the provision of audit services and quality of staff engaged not satisfy the original tender specifications and the provisions of the Associations Act at any time during the contract period, Clubs WA reserves the right to terminate the contract with a minimum of one month's notice.
If Clubs WA ceases to be an incorporated association, during the term of appointment, then the contract for audit services will be terminated after the finalisation of the last financial account of Clubs WA Inc.
